According to the launched Google Nexus One, there is a possibility that Apple will no longer use google as its default search engine on any iPhone. Apple is now having a serious discussion with Microsoft to have Bing on the iPhone. It can be a serious threat for Google. By doing so, there is a possibility that Apple will earn more money. As we know that both Microsoft and Google earn money from the shown ads beside the search result.
If the agreement can be reached then Microsoft will be able to get more users for Bing. Based on a research by Nielsen Co., right now Google is used by 86 % netters, while Bing is only used by about 11 % internet users
So far, there is no confirmation from Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
